Batuner Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi (BDT) is an Istanbul-based defense and international trade firm. The idea took shape in 2013, and the company was formally established in January 2015. From the beginning, our role has been to act as a trusted partner and intermediary between established manufacturers and institutional buyers — government agencies, defense contractors, and private-sector clients — across global markets.
Batuner is not a manufacturer. Our strength is a focused, relationship-driven model built on three pillars: strategic consulting and advisory, procurement and sourcing, and local representation and distribution. We hold representation and cooperation agreements with respected producers in the sectors we serve, matching the right supplier to each requirement and managing the commercial and compliance details in between.
Over the years we have built a network spanning defense equipment, tactical and sporting firearms, optics, and field and hunting products. Our value lies not in owning factories, but in knowing the market, the manufacturers, and the export-control and compliance frameworks that govern international defense trade — and in executing quietly, accurately, and reliably.
